Where I Come From
I joined the military young. Didn’t have some grand plan — I just knew I wanted to be part of something that mattered. The service taught me how to show up, how to work with people, and how to keep going when things get hard.
Those lessons stuck with me. They shaped how I think about everything — business, family, the way I treat people. That part never left.
The Hard Part
After I got home, I was diagnosed with a serious autoimmune disease. I’m not going to sugarcoat it — that knocked me down. There were days I didn’t know if I was going to make it, and a lot of nights where I wasn’t sure I wanted to.
But I had people around me who wouldn’t let me quit. My wife Tiffany was my rock through every single bit of it — she held our family together when I couldn’t. And somewhere in the middle of all that, I started figuring out what I actually wanted my life to look like on the other side.
Figuring It Out
When you get that close to losing everything, the stuff that doesn’t matter falls away pretty fast. What was left for me was simple: Tiffany, my kids, and the neighborhoods I grew up around. The places where people actually live their lives.
I got into real estate because I saw a way to take care of my family and do something good for the places I cared about at the same time. It wasn’t some big master plan. It just made sense.
Where I Am Now
Today I invest in properties, help people buy and sell homes, and teach what I’ve learned along the way. I’m not perfect at any of it, but I show up every day and I do it honestly. That’s the whole thing for me — do good work, treat people right, and build something you’re proud of.
